Big Change #2

To recap...the first big change in my life was selling my house in Mason. I should be closing on it here in a week or so. That was my first big life change.

Second big life change:

I would like to announce that I no longer teach at Mason. I resigned from my position....

However...I did get a new job. Actually two of them. I am now a part time professor at Alma College teaching Art Education, and I got a new teaching job at Holt! Go Holt Rams! That's right I am teaching in the district I graduated from. I am totally excited and can't wait. I actually have to be back next week...so much for summer.

Yeah....why Holt? Their colors are so blah. I liked dressing in the red, white and blue. Bulldogs...grrrrr.

I hope you know how proud I am of you for waiting out a bad situation and waiting on the Lord to move you. And who knew how fast your house would sell? God has blessed you so much and brought you to a happier, better situation.

I'm also proud that you have chosen not to comment or delete other, certain comments. The only Truth Master is God and I'm not sure how brave one can be if they hide behind a fake blog instead of choosing to reveal themselves. No matter what you do, at least 10% of the people who know you aren't going to like you no matter what. But the Creator of the Universe has steered you and you have allowed yourself to be moved. He loves you and continues to bless your life.

Oh, and I can't wait to help you find a SWEET house in November/December. With all that money you'll be saving on your new car insurance :o) and by not paying a mortgage, you're going to be set, baby!

Love, Me

Paul said it best:
Romans
14 Bless those who persecute you; bless and do not curse. 15 Rejoice with those who rejoice; mourn with those who mourn. 16 Live in harmony with one another. Do not be proud, but be willing to associate with people of low position.[a] Do not be conceited.

17 Do not repay anyone evil for evil. Be careful to do what is right in the eyes of everybody. 18 If it is possible, as far as it depends on you, live at peace with everyone. 19 Do not take revenge, my friends, but leave room for God's wrath, for it is written: "It is mine to avenge; I will repay,"[b]says the Lord. 20 On the contrary:
"If your enemy is hungry, feed him; if he is thirsty, give him something to drink. In doing this, you will heap burning coals on his head."[c]

21 Do not be overcome by evil, but overcome evil with good.
